Titilayo Oduleye

MBA Candidate, Class of 2026
Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management

Titilayo Oduleye is a first-year MBA student at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where she is pursuing a concentration in Finance, Operations and Strategy. She is the Executive Vice President of Owen Black Students Association (OBSA), Head of Core Finance for the Finance Club and serves as the Vice President of Finance and strategy of Owen Women in Business.

Prior to business school, Titilayo worked in the energy sector in Nigeria, leading financial operations and supporting strategic growth.

At Owen, she’s passionate about leadership, inclusive growth, and helping incoming students navigate the MBA journey. This summer, she will be joining Amazon as a Senior Finance manager Intern (FLDP) .

Outside the classroom, Titilayo enjoys exploring new cities, and uplifting others through mentorship.

Benoni Quaye

MBA Candidate, Class of 2026
President, Owen Black Students Association | VP of Events, Global Business Association

Benoni’s journey began at Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital in Accra, where he supported hospital operations as an intern. He later joined Samlaq Microfinance, where he first encountered the challenges small businesses face in accessing capital. This sparked a lasting passion for financial inclusion.

He went on to work at Jumia Ghana, gaining experience in e-commerce and tech-driven business models. He then joined Access Bank, Africa’s largest commercial bank, where he spent nine years in roles spanning customer service, SME banking, trading, and regional treasury strategy across West Africa.

Now pursuing his MBA at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, Benoni serves as President of the Owen Black Students Association and VP of Events for the Global Business Association. He will be joining Amazon this summer as an Operations Manager Intern.

Benoni is passionate about empowering African entrepreneurs and building financial systems that drive inclusive growth across the continent.”

Taiwo Olawehinmi

Taiwo’s career straddles for-profits and non-profits, with experience in healthcare strategy, communications and international development. A pharmacist by training, she has leveraged her multifaceted experiences in health-tech startups and global health organizations like Advantage Health Africa and Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), to strengthen African healthcare systems through health workforce development, policy shaping and market access. With an internship at Mattel on the American Girl Global Brand Team, Taiwo also serves as a Board Fellow with the Girls Scout of Middle Tennessee. In addition, she serves on different leadership boards at Owen: VP, Inclusion & Communications Chair at the Owen Women’s Business Association (WBA); Co-VP, International Affairs at the Owen Student Government Association (OSGA) and Executive Chair at the Center for Social Ventures (CSV).

Bryan Mufor

Bryan Mufor merges civil engineering foundations with supply-chain analytics to steer Fortune 200 energy giants through data-driven transformations at EY, mapping cloud architectures, migrating multimillion-row procurement datasets, and embedding intelligence platforms that tighten spend control and sharpen business-driven decision making. His peer-reviewed research on procurement analytics scales those frameworks across the industry, while his Vanderbilt MBA—Operations and Analytics concentration—honed the quantitative rigor and strategic execution he now applies to complex industrial challenges.
