Roland Berger, a global management consultancy with more than 50 offices worldwide, is opening applications for its 2026 Junior Summer Associate Internship across Boston, Chicago, Detroit, and Philadelphia.

What We’re Looking For
Roland Berger is seeking curious, analytical, and driven students. The ideal candidate is a junior pursuing a BA/BS in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and an interest in consulting are essential.
Key qualities include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to present ideas clearly — both written and verbal
- Good time management and adaptability in fast-paced settings
