Brand Marketing Manager: The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. This role reports to a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and partners with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers. In addition, you will serve as marketing contact for brand advisors, manage Beauty Insider loyalty program, and serve as cross-functional marketing lead.
Senior Manager: As a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and grow clients for brands and the skincare category. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Marketing, you will partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers.
Analyst, Advanced CRM Analytics: As the Advanced CRM Analytics Analyst on the CRM Data Science Analytics team within CRM, you will play a critical role in supporting Sephora’s marketing, merchandising, and client loyalty organizations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Science Analytics, this person will dive deep into our in-house models and work with CRM Data Management to incorporate our abundant marketing, merchandising, and sales data to find valuable client insights, drive decision making, and influence business strategy. This person will work with the Data Science Analytics Analyst to scale and put the insights into action. In addition, this person will have a key role in Sephora’s ongoing personalization initiative.
Analyst, CRM Data Science: As Analyst, CRM Data Science Analytics, you will enable our CRM journey by building tools and technology that allow us to create hyper-personalized and relevant content for our clients across the lifecycle and purchase cycle and drive high-value long term behaviours while leveraging data as a strategic asset. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in its youth and influence its direction and impact as we invest in Data Science and CRM capabilities to power Sephora’s future growth. The position reports to the Manager of CRM Data Science Analytics.
Manager, Digital Client Experience: As a Manager of Digital Client Experience, you will assist in managing the features and functionalities for our website, iOS, and Android apps. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Client Experience, you will supporting strategic planning, support strategic roadmap projects, manage in-year site and app product features and functionality budget, drive site and app analytics excellence, and demonstrate our Sephora values.
Manager, Assortment Optimization: As Manager of Assortment Optimization & Testing you will establish the vision of how our product assortment shows up on desktop, mobile web and mobile apps. You will test and optimize product ranking, curation and placement to drive engagement, conversion and revenue. This role is highly cross-functional and vendor supported meaning your ability to manage and motivate your partners will be paramount to your success.
