The Wharton School’s African American MBA Association is hosting its 48th annual Whitney M. Young, Jr. Memorial Conference under the theme of The Business of Black Power: Amplifying Our Collective Voice. The conference will focus on the responsibility of today’s business leaders across sectors, industries and disciples in the continued fight for Black liberation and explore pathways to strategically unite our voices.

The conference will feature additional exciting initiatives and events including:
- Small Business Series: Presenting $10,000 grants to three Black-owned small businesses in Philadelphia
- New Venture Challenge: Presenting up to $50,000 in non-equity financing to selected ventures
- HBCU Engagement Initiative: Sponsoring HBCU students to attend the conference, and featuring prominent HBCU alumni in panels and keynotes
- The Famous WMY Gala: The in person gala returns for the first time in two years.
