Serve as the main point of contact for increasing and enhancing diversity recruitment responsibilities including the development of new tactics and strategies that focus on underrepresented minorities, women, military, and LGBT+ candidates. Develop DEI competencies within the Office of Admissions including identifying, developing, and leading appropriate training to advance DEI within the team and admissions processes.

Professional experience in various higher education functional areas including enrollment management, academic advising, residence life, fraternity/sorority life, student conduct, Title IX investigation and compliance, diversity and multicultural programs, and student activities.
