Naz Erenguc

GMAC-HeadshotWhether your panel is on the ways businesses or business schools are responding to the latest health realities across the globe, or the health of business schools in the ever-evolving realities of a post-pandemic world, Naz Erenguc’s knowledge and expertise is sought after.

If it’s worth talking about, Naz knows about it. More importantly, she wants your voice to be heard about it too.

Combining her passion for equity with business, academic and global health expertise, Dr. Naz Erenguc is one of the most versatile voices in graduate education today. Whether in her role as a professor of global health or as director of admissions for UF’s top-ranked MBA program, “Dr. Naz” helps makes sure everyone has a seat at the table. Her work with the Association for Academic Women as an Executive Board member and as the Institutional Representative for the American Council of Education Women’s Florida Network are all centered around helping change the face of higher education.

During Naz’s tenure at UF, she has worked as an undergraduate academic advisor for both the College of Health and Human Performance and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Over the last decade she has worked in graduate management education. And since 2019 she has served as the Director of Admissions for UF MBA at the Warrington College of Business.

During her time in the admissions and recruiting space her focus has been dedicated to rethinking outreach and creating innovative ways to connect with prospective students. Inclusive excellence is core to her admissions strategy.

But Naz is not only focused on the health of not only her MBA program, but the entire globe as well.

In addition to her role as an administrator, she has also taught several undergraduate and graduate courses: Personal & Family Health, Trends and Issues in International Health, and Health Disparities in the U.S. and Abroad. Although much of her early research focused on disease prevention with the use of holistic medicine though complementary and alternative medicine, her current teaching focus is on global health and health equity. Lastly, when she’s not recruiting for the MBA program or teaching a course, Naz serves on the Executive Board for the Association for Academic Women, is involved in the Inspiring Women’s Leaders professional development conference and is the Institutional Representative for the American Council of Education Women’s Florida Network.
