Considering getting your MBA? The JumpStart Path2MBA prepares undergraduate students and working professionals to engage directly with admissions officers at our MBA program partners.

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business prepares its students for a successful career by rooting its education in the fundaments – accounting, economics, psychology, sociology and statistics. The world-class faculty at Booth teaches you how to use analytical frameworks and apply evidence-based thinking to solve complex problems. After earning your MBA at Booth, you’ll be ready to tackles the challenges of today and present solutions for tomorrow.

For current undergraduate seniors, consider applying to the Chicago Booth Scholars Program. If admitted, you’ll be able to defer admission for two to five years while you gain professional work experience.

As part of Path2MBA experience, Chicago Booth is waiving application fees of $250 for the JumpStart Network. It is mandatory to register and attend their session to be eligible for the Waiver Fee so we encourage you to reference the event to make sure you are registered based on the details below if you have not done so already.

JumpStart’s Path2MBA is for undergraduate students and working professionals who are interested in pursuing their MBA. Through the network, you can learn about different MBA programs to find the one that fits your career aspirations as well as gain insight into financial implications and the MBA application process directly from admissions representatives.

Lehman Robinson

Lehman Robinson is the Associate Director of Diversity Admissions and Outreach for the Full-Time and Part-Time MBA programs at Chicago Booth! Lehman is passionate about diversity and inclusion and loves working in higher education. Lehman developed a passion for creating equity and access for underrepresented communities who are navigating the college-going and career process. Lehman started his professional career working as a college access advisor at an urban high school in Detroit which then led him to working in undergraduate admissions for a number of years before transitioning to diversity admissions in graduate management education. As a first-generation college graduate, Lehman’s desire to be a resource for underrepresented communities further influences his goals of ensuring all students have equal access to a collegiate education. Noah Ward

Noah Ward is the Assistant Director of Admissions for the full-time MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to general admissions responsibilities, he oversees undergraduate recruiting programs. Over the last seven years, Noah has developed a love for supporting and guiding people through life transitions as he has worked in hospitals, retirement living communities, and undergraduate institutions. Ugo Obilo

Ugo is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Before Booth, he had an extensive consulting career at some of the most prominent names in the industry, and throughout his career in consulting, he maintained a passion for African tourism which led to the establishment of his travel company. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Discover Travel LLC., an African-Diaspora-focused travel company changing the way we view tourism on the continent. In addition to his passion for tourism, he is pursuing a career in the technology industry and spent his MBA Summer at Google in Product Strategy. Connect with Ugo at uobilo@chicagobooth.edu

Jaron Hite

Jaron is a rising 2nd year at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he is expected to graduate with concentrations in Economics, Strategy, and Finance. This past summer, he interned at Bain and Company’s Atlanta office, where he was staffed in the firm’s Private Equity Group.

Prior to Booth, Jaron has held multiple roles in the Financial Services industry. Most recently, Jaron was a Senior Associate at AEG Partners, a Turnaround and Restructuring Advisory firm where he served in the office of the Chief Restructuring Officer for a manufacturer of construction pavement and maintenance products. His work included treasury management. vendor management, developing financial and liquidity forecasts, as well as managing the sales and operations planning initiative. Santiago Acosta

Santi was born in Bogota, Colombia, but have been in the US since 2008. Santi studied chemical engineering at Georgia Tech and worked for 3.5 years at Manhattan Associates post-graduation. He managed software implementations for warehouse management systems through design, testing, and production go-live support. Over the summer, Santi interned at BCG in Chicago where he got a chance to work with a financial institution on a global location strategy project.
