Greg Burns
Greg Burns, Associate, is a member of the Real Estate Debt team within BlackRock’s Real Assets Group and is based in New York.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Burns was Director of Technology at DuraMark Technologies, a start-up manufacturing firm based in Indianapolis IN. He also has experience as a Real Estate Underwriting Associate at Partners Path Capital in Brooklyn, NY.
Mr. Burns earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2015 and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2021.
Damion Joseph
Damion Joseph is a member of BlackRock’s Index Equity Portfolio Management Group. Prior to attending graduate school, Damion was an investment consultant at BNY Mellon, advising financial advisors with their portfolio allocations. Damion started his career in various roles where he advised clients on their most difficult financial decisions at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Damion has an MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, and a B.A in Finance from Iona College, NY. Damion currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Edwina Joseph and their forever puppy, Nova.
