We invite freshman and sophomore students at Washington DC and Atlanta area schools to come hang out virtually with Evercore, their leadership, and recent hire analysts.

Summer Internship:
Ranked as the #1 investment banking internship previously, the Evercore Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program designed to provide highly motivated undergraduates with representative experience in strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions. Evercore provides a robust internal training program to get Summer Analysts ready to hit the desk and add value quickly. As part of the Program, Summer Analysts will work on a variety of assignments including acquisition advisory, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Summer Analysts typically work as part of small teams and have close contact with client contacts as well as partners within the firm. Evercore offers highly qualified Summer Analysts the chance to advance more rapidly and take on more responsibility than in traditional bulge-bracket firms, exposure to blue-chip clients, and the chance to be part of a rapidly growing, highly regarded firm.
Scholarship:
A limited number of candidates will receive scholarships AND internships as part of Evercore’s Rising Junior Diversity Scholarship program.
Evercore will award a limited number of scholarships to selected Evercore Advisory Summer Analysts. The Rising Junior Diversity Scholarship is open to candidates who identify as Black, Hispanic, Native American, Women, Veteran, and/or LGBTQ+.
Expectations of Scholarship Recipients Evercore Rising Junior Diversity Scholarship recipients must join Evercore’s advisory summer analyst program after their junior year of college. The Rising Junior Diversity Scholarship is intended to defray the costs of education, living situation, and/or cost of books, etc.
Private Equity:
Evercore’s TA Associate program is an opportunity for underrepresented minorities to gain a path towards an investment banking (internship and full time) AND private equity career.
The TA-Core Program is a joint partnership between Evercore and TA Associates (TA) for traditionally underrepresented minority candidates (Black, Hispanic, Native American) to attain early access exposure to earn full-time positions in both investment banking and private equity careers.
Our mission is to advance the diversity pipeline by providing education, access, and career development opportunities to junior diverse professionals interested in investment banking and alternative sectors. The program provides participants exposure to deals and transactions, builds subject matter expertise in an entrepreneurial and developmental environment, and gains an early advantage in recruiting for a private equity career.
