Vidal Anguiano
With more than 5 years of data science and analytics consulting experience, Vidal is a data generalist capable of working with clients at varying points in their analytics maturity curve. He has deep technical skills paired with the ability to communicate complex ideas and an unrivaled ability to learn and adapt on the fly. Using these skills, Vidal helps his clients leverage their data to create business value.
Vidal joined West Monroe in 2021 coming from a larger technology consultancy that served Federal Defense Agencies. He serves as the Professional Network Engagement Lead of SOMOS, West Monroe’s Hispanic and Latin American employee resource group, and is passionate about establishing a presence with Hispanic/Latin American professional networks. He has a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy.
Justin Proctor
Justin joined West Monroe in June 2021 as a Manager in the Customer Solutions practice. He brings over 13 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a specialty in Service Cloud implementations. He began his career as a Salesforce.com Administrator; since then, he’s worn multiple hats on projects spanning several industries. His passion for consulting and love of building rapport enables him to ingratiate himself with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Justin has a deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, allowing him to craft functional solutions for projects of all sizes. The goal of every decision made is driving the client towards their desired outcomes. Justin earned his undergraduate Marketing degree from DePaul University, and his MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business.
Lizett Spitzer
Lizett is Manager with West Monroe Partners’ Cybersecurity practice. Lizett is actively involved in Cybersecurity Advisory for Private Equity (CAPE) programs. As a part of these engagements, Lizett has been involved in conducting cybersecurity maturity assessments by assisting with day-to-day delivery, leading discovery interviews, and developing prioritized initiatives. Additionally, Lizett aids in tracking and managing the threat hunt and Office 365 security assessment workstreams across multiple portfolio companies.
By combining her technical ability and her business knowledge, she can convert business requirements into technical solutions. Lizett has created cybersecurity strategy roadmaps, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance strategy roadmaps, and supported end users during workstation migration. Lizett serves as the Build Relationships initiative lead of West Monroe’s Women’s Leadership Network. She is passionate about developing and supporting women leaders. Additionally, Lizett is an active member of Notre Dame alumni clubs.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Lizett attended the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Corporate Practice.
Jill Ybanez
Jill Ybanez is a Consultant in West Monroe Partners’ Product Engineering practice, based in Chicago, Illinois. Her skillset includes full stack web and mobile application development with multiple frameworks. Her expertise allowed her to work with clients to implement a new SharePoint intranet and replace a legacy site, allowing employees to find relevant information more quickly. She also developed, tested, and deployed custom SPFX web parts to personalize the site for the clients.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Jill performed research in a Computer Vision lab. Using Python scripts, she compiled a dataset based on a trained sequential neural network that predicted people’s first impressions of certain attributes of a face (trustworthiness, age, IQ, dominance) to create a style transfer network. Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame.
