Justin Rodriguez
Managing Director & Partner
Justin joined BCG in 2013 after receiving his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is an expert in Steel, Digital, & Manufacturing & also has experience working internationally as an Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur. Justin is a leader of the Black & Latinx network & is also a Board member for the Mid Atlantic Innocence Project, a non-profit focused on exonerating the wrongfully incarcerated.
Justin has a degree in Electrical Engineering, and was a construction engineer working on the World Trade Center rebuild prior to his MBA.
Ana Escudero
Ana Escudero was a summer intern with BCG and joined back full time in 2020 after receiving her MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to BCG, Ana worked in marketing in Tokyo and Singapore. She has worked on a number of Consumer cases focusing on strategy and sits in BCG’s Boston office.
