Seeking a path to management consulting internship with Accenture, below you will see the feature experience that your submissions and responses will be part of the process to be considered for participation in their session during JumpStart.
As part of Accenture’s engagement with JumpStart, they will conduct MBA pre-matriculation 1:1s w/candidates interested in Consulting internships for the following summer.
In addition to learning more about Accenture, Accenture has a great program for MBAs who intern at Accenture. It offers access to a network of mentors, and may pay up to $80K towards your second year of school after you sign a commitment to return for 2+ years.

Eddie Gonzalez
Managing Director
Eddie is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy out of the New York office. He is the Software & Platforms industry Lead for the Northeast and is a member of the Northeast Strategy & Consulting Leadership Team. His work has focused on international growth, GTM and ecosystem strategies in media, communications, software platform companies. He joined Accenture as a summer MBA intern in 2007.
Prior to Accenture, Eddie spent several years in key roles in the music business across Sony Music and Warner Music Group, as well as affiliated record labels (Arista, RCA, J).
Eddie has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business focused on Strategy and Entertainment, Media Technology, as well as a BS in Finance and Information Systems from NYU. He is also an alum of MBA JumpStart and the Consortium.
Eddie lives in New York with his wife of 17 years and three kids (Claudia 10, Mateo 6, Ricky 4). He spent eight years living out of the Bay Area with Accenture and has worked with clients across the US, Europe and Asia.
Melissa Davis
Strategy Campus Inclusion & Diversity Lead
Melissa Davis is currently the Strategy Campus Inclusion and Diversity Lead at Accenture. In that role she is responsible for non-core school and diversity partner hiring for the Strategy undergraduate and MBA teams. She has worked at Accenture for over 7 years and transitioned into the Inclusion and Diversity role in 2018 where she started her relationship with wonderful partners like The Consortium, JumpStart and Forte.
Melissa is a board member, business coach and mentor for Kidz2Leaders. The organization provides stability, opportunity, and a Christian community for children of inmates to break the cycle of incarceration. Along with Kidz2Leaders, Melissa volunteers with various organizations and is passionate about student achievement and mentorship.
Melissa graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was recently married in 2019 to Phil Davis, is the mother of two children (Jacob and Victoria), bonus mother to four (Jasmin, Xavier, Naomi and Joanna) and grandmother to two (Duke and Barry) who are her pride and joy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and listening to NPR and a variety of podcasts. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
