The Loyalty Operations Manager role is responsible for execution of the stated Ultamate Rewards program benefits, which includes effective points and tier management, ownership of points expiration, and procurement, delivery and reporting of the birthday and Diamond gift programs. This role is also accountable for partnering with the Customer Marketing team to ensure all promotions are accurately designed, tested, and executed leveraging our pricing and loyalty points systems.
