Ayesha Elliot

Ayesha Elliot, Senior Global Marketing Manager, Self Care, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, plays a critical role in developing the innovation pipeline for J&J’s Digestive Health and Cough & Cold brands.

Since joining J&J in 2016, she has worked on brand marketing and business strategy for some of the most iconic and beloved brands including ZYRTEC®, BENADRYL®, Children’s TYLENOL® and Children’s MOTRIN®. In her current role, she leads the innovation strategy for Digestive Health and Cough & Cold brands such as PEPCID®, TYLENOL® Cold and SUDAFED® while partnering with markets across the globe.

Across her roles, she brings with her a consumer-centric mind-set that fuels her insight-led innovation and marketing strategies. She is motivated by building meaningful cross-functional relationships, working together to deliver business results.

Ayesha is passionate about advancing diversity & inclusion and driving community impact. She leads recruiting on J&J’s Diversity Marketing Team, where she partners with D&I champions across the company to recruit and engage best-in-class talent.

Nishma Dhanak –

Nishma Dhanak, Customer Development Manager at Johnson & Johnson, joined the company in 2017 as an Assistant Brand Manager and now she is in the customer development services.

She did her Bachelorette in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.

Lauren Maida –

Lauren Maida, working as an Associate Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson since June’22. She is proficient in SQL, Tableau, RStudio, SPSS, and SAS Enterprise Miner. She completed her MBA in 2021 from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.

Her vast knowledge of the financial services industry and vision for her team in the research space makes her a confident and inspiring leader at ENGINE. As a manager, Lauren makes a priority of offering constant support to her direct reports, understanding their future goals, and providing relevant opportunities to see them grow.

Ranan Tannenbaum –

Ranan Tannenbaum, Current second-year Associate Brand Manager at Johnson and Johnson did MBA from Emory University – Goizueta Business School, graduating with honors.

As working experience on Adult Zyrtec both in a forecasting & analytics and consumer promotions capacity. His previous role was in a high-growth, earlier-stage company spearheading corporate strategy efforts.

Jessica Tou –

Associate Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Jessica received her MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business focused on Sustainable Business & Innovation, Marketing, and Management. Throughout her career, she has been customer-driven, with extensive experience in marketing, account management, and client consulting.

She is motivated by innovative design and the future of marketing by how it shapes the way consumers shop. She believes in making a profit while meeting social sustainability and environmental performance standards. She applies her experience in tech, marketing, and project management to a consumer goods company that supports the planet.

Alexandra Baliño –

Alexandra (Alex) joined the company in 2017 as a Marketing Associate and after her work experience, she’s been promoted to Associate Brand Manager now she is working as a Marketing Manager over the last 6 months.

She did her MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Ithaca, New York in 2018.

Matthew Sellman –

Matthew Sellman joined the company in May 2017 as a Consumer Marketing MBA Summer Associate and currently working as Brand Manager, US Pediatric Pain (TYLENOL® & MOTRIN®).

He did his MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2018.

Zachary Woody –

Zachary Woody joined the J & J in Mar 2022 as an Associate Brand Manager | Pediatric TYLENOL® & MOTRIN®.

He did his BBA from The University of Akron in 2022.
