Deadline to apply to any event includes rolling monthly deadlines and admission decisions by April 2023.

Attendee Audience

The diversity forum audience is incoming admitted MBA students from top programs who will matriculate this coming Fall. Forum participants are diverse individuals based on ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ, and veteran or military status.

Application Approach

Our diversity forums are candidates seeking admission must complete an application by a specific deadline. The application process can take less than 30 minutes to establish a profile and provide context on your career aspiration.

Academic Supportive Details Required

A completed application to JumpStart includes an academic profile specific to undergraduate and graduate information as applicable. Additionally, applicants may need to provide pre-college (i.e. SAT, ACT) or pre-graduate (i.e. GMAT, GRE) test scores. Additionally, we will need proof of current or future matriculation at your academic institution.

Given our review and decision process is on a rolling basis, we encourage you to apply now.

Admissions Approach

Our committee reviews applications on a rolling basis and decisions are communicated by mid-April. If you are moved forward in the application process, you will be required to have a conversation with the Head of Recruiting at JumpStart in preparation for the forum.

Confirmed Registration

If you are attending the Path to Investment Banking in New York City or the Path to Consulting in Chicago, you will be responsible for all your travel expenses.

Once you confirm your attendance, we will provide the full agenda and further information on the events. This is a great opportunity to have an in-person experience with each of the sponsoring companies.

You will be required to attend each of the company sessions if you commit to participating in the Path events.

Webinars

To best prepare you for the diversity forum, we will offer a webinars hosted by JumpStart with our alumni about their recruiting experience in their industry.

Path Approach

What: Attendees will learn about their specific industry, company cultures, internship opportunities, and the recruiting process.

When: Our dates are as follows:

Path to Investment Banking: May 10 – 11 (New York City)
Path to Consulting: May 18 – 19 (Chicago)
CPG & Brand Management: May & June 2023 (Virtual)

Who: You will meet with various senior executives, managers, recent hires and recruiting professionals at each of your company visits.

The final schedule will be published for attendees closer to the date of the forum.
