McKinsey Diversity Leadership Academy for Undergraduate Freshmen!

JumpStart’s Corporate Partner and 2019’s #1 Consulting Firm to work for in North America, McKinsey & Company is now accepting applications to its Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy.

This two-day Virtual Program (August 6-8th) is for Black, African America, Latino, and/or Native American College Freshmen (Class of 2023) interested in gaining critical skills that will support them in their professional lives.

During the program, accepted participants will:

  • Build leadership and communication skills through TED-talk style talks
  • Engage with top students across the U.S. to develop team problem-solving skills
  • Gain insight and preparation into the case interview process
  • Learn more about the management consulting industry and careers at McKinsey directly from McKinsey consultants and recruiters
  • Receive the application to the Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship for summer 2021

The deadline to apply for this amazing opportunity is the end of June, but we encourage interested candidates apply by Sunday, June 14th.

  • What are your summer plans this year, and what do you hope to gain from the experience?
  • Describe a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame.
  • Tell us about a person you admire and the characteristics you share with him or her.
  • Tell us about an experience you’ve had that underscored the importance of diversity.
  • Tell us about an accomplishment you are proud of.
