Peak Rock Capital is recruiting experienced candidates for the role of Private Equity Vice President.
Peak Rock Capital is a leading middle-market private investment firm that makes equity and debt investments in companies in North America and Europe. The firm focuses on partnering with management teams of high-growth and transitioning middle-market businesses to execute transformative strategies that drive long-term value creation.
As a Vice President, you will play a central leadership role across the full investment lifecycle—leading deal teams through sourcing, valuation, detailed due diligence, transaction execution, structuring, and ongoing portfolio company value-creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution & Leadership: Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, synergy assessment, and structure design for middle-market investments.
- Due Diligence Management: Direct cross-functional diligence workstreams, managing third-party advisors (accounting, legal, tax, commercial, technical) to evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Portfolio Company Partnership: Work closely alongside portfolio executive teams and board members to implement strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions.
- Team Mentorship & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates across financial modeling, investment committee presentation preparation, and analytical frameworks.
- Investment Committee Presentations: Prepare, present, and defend detailed investment memoranda and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
