The firm’s infrastructure and real asset strategies target mission-critical businesses and asset-intensive opportunities, providing capital and strategic support to accelerate development and operational efficiency.
As a Senior Associate – Infrastructure, you will be an integral member of lean deal teams, focusing on evaluating, executing, and managing investments across key infrastructure and infrastructure-adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build complex, dynamic cash flow models, LBO/project finance analyses, and return sensitivity frameworks for infrastructure and asset-backed transactions.
- Due Diligence & Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market, regulatory, customer, and operational due diligence alongside industry consultants, legal teams, and technical advisors.
- Transaction Execution: Assist Vice Presidents and Principals in managing deal workflows, drafting Investment Committee memoranda, and supporting debt financing negotiations.
- Portfolio Value Creation: Monitor portfolio company operational metrics, assist management with value-creation roadmaps, and evaluate organic expansion plans and tuck-in acquisitions.
- Industry Sourcing & Research: Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging sub-sectors across digital infrastructure, energy transition, transportation, and industrial services.
