- Are you seeking guidance on how to prepare for recruiting that leads to an internship next summer? In collaboration with our partners starting in March, we break down the industry, the nature of the job, what differentiates companies, and provide guidance on how to navigate the recruiting process. This preparation approach supports our network in the interview process that may occur pre-matriculation or during the traditional on-campus recruiting process.
- Are you seeking an in-person experience to engage, network, and learn about a Career in Brand Mgmt, Finance, or Mgmt Consulting, etc.? Our flagship 1.5-2 day Forum for each career track puts you in direct contact with top employers. Sessions include Meet the Company Overviews, A Day in the Life, Recruiting Overviews, Interview Prep Case Studies, Networking sessions, and interviews.
- Are you interested in landing an internship for summer 2020? Our approach has prepared candidates to be successful in the recruiting process. Most JumpStart attendees have been invited to interview or conduct 1:1s that may lead to an interview. Many in our network receive an internship offer over the summer heading into their first year of business school.
- Are you interested in participating in Office Visits w/top prospective employers? A limited number of companies offer “invite only” private experiences for incoming MBAs. Our partners communicate opportunities to JumpStart and in some cases leverage our forums as part of the screening or selection process to determine next steps with individual candidates.
