The JumpStart Advisory Group and Deloitte LLP announce a $10,000 leadership award for eligible undergraduate students attending an HBCU institution.
The Deloitte JumpStart HBCU Leadership Award will recognize high achieving students with consideration to leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and need.
The awardee will be considered for internship or full-time employment opportunities with Deloitte.
As an update, the winner will be announced at a virtual event hosted with Deloitte on Thursday, July 29th at 2pm EST.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, so we encourage candidates apply now.

Eligibility requirements include:
- Full-time student attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU)
- Strong academic achievement
- Full-time student attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU)
- Expected undergraduate degree graduation classification (class of 2021 (fall), 2022, or 2023)
- U. S. Citizen or permanent resident
Application Requirements: A complete application submission for the leadership award includes, but is not limited to the following (estimated 15-20 minutes to complete the application):
- Resume (document must include GPA and graduation date)
- School transcript (Cumulative up to the most recent academic year)
- Academic profile (i.e., major, graduation year)
- Career Interests (industry, functional roles, pursuit of a masters)
Application Review and Interviews: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, so we encourage candidates apply now. Applicants may be contacted by a JumpStart representative for an interview.
