We are excited about McKinsey’s approach to recruit undergraduate students now until September.
We seek underclassmen (class of 2023-24) and upperclassmen (Class of 2021 fall and class of 2022 spring). And the sessions are open to STEM and Non-STEM majors.
The plan is for interested students to join a session hosted by JumpStart on August 12th and candidates can apply directly to McKinsey.
Please note the three actions needed by you.

When: Thursday, August 12, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Eastern Time
2. 1-1 w/McKinsey: McKinsey will execute virtual 1-1s during JumpStart that in many cases could lead to an invitation to interview. To be considered for these 1-1s as a path to full-time or internship interviews w/McKinsey, complete the 3-minute survey. 1-1 selections made by McKinsey will be communicated in late July or early August.

3. Apply with McKinsey: Mckinsey is offering two application deadlines this year – July 19, 2021 and September 16, 2021.
