We are excited about Deloitte’s approach to recruit undergraduate students now for consulting and technology opportunities.
We seek underclassmen (class of 2024-25) and upperclassmen (Class of 2022 fall and class of 2023 spring) as well as students who are STEM and Non-STEM majors.

Deloitte has several business areas that they are recruiting including Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Risk & Financial Advisory, Tax, Internal Services, and Global Technology Services.
The plan is for interested students to join virtual sessions and 1-1 Coffee chats hosted by JumpStart on August 8th &12th and candidates can apply directly to Deloitte.
On August 12, Crack a Case Interview with Deloitte session, you will also have an opportunity for 1-1 coffee chats with Deloitte from 3 pm – 3:30 pm.

Omar McGann is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Customer & Marketing practice with a focus on Customer Experience, Digital Strategy and Transformation. He helps companies navigate disruption by developing customer-focused digital strategies and guiding them through the transformation required to realize the benefits. Omar has helped clients across various sectors within the Consumer and Media industries across the domains of strategy development, experience design, operating model transformation, and capability enhancement
Hannah Lopiccolo – Consultant, Commercial
Hannah Lopiccolo is a Consultant in Customer & Marketing > Digital Customer. Hannah’s experience centers on large-scale digital transformations across various sectors, including TMT and Consumer & Industrial Products. Hannah project experience includes conducting current state analysis, requirements gathering, change management, data conversion, and system testing. Hannah enjoys helping clients optimize their operational business processes and growth strategies through a digital lens.
Brandon Artis – Senior Manager, Consulting
Brandon is a Senior Manager in GPS Human Capital – OT. He is a proven leader with over 12 years experience delivering innovative solutions to clients. Possessing public sector experience spanning both Federal and State & Local government, he understands how to get to the root of clients’ issues and helps them rewire their traditional ways of thinking. Brandon’s skillsets are at the intersection of business strategy, technology implementation, and change adoption. He is an advocate of using digital solutions to enable an organization to drive towards their desired business outcomes. He has a passion for developing people and teams, and he understands employees are the most valued resource of a business. Brandon recognizes change is uncomfortable but necessary for growth, and when managed appropriately, change adoption will result in success for both the workforce and business. He holds active certifications as a PMP, Prosci CCMP, Google Cloud Digital Leader, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Alys Seamans – Manager, Consulting
Ms. Seamans is a manager with experience in the areas of strategy, analytics, M&A, and finance for executive-level clients across the public sector (higher education, state and local, and federal). She is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), demonstrating knowledge of governmental budgeting and financial management for federal, state, local, and non-profit organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys helping Deloitte recruit and retain American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian prospective candidates to the Firm and serves on her tribe’s (Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians) Ethics Board. Before joining Deloitte, she was a national semi-finalist for the Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teaching Award through Teach For America working for the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Education on the Navajo reservation. Her diverse background also includes a graduate assistantship for a leading professor in government IT and innovation.
Arbre’ya Lewis – Consultant
Arbre’ya Lewis joined Deloitte in May 2022 with over 6 years of health communication and strategic consulting experience. Arbre’ya is a skilled communicator who prioritizes storytelling and pursuing equity through her work. Arbre’ya has worked with federal health, higher education, and non-profit organizations to streamline processes and develop & disseminate audience-centered messages and content. Her past experiences and current interests connect a broad range of industries including education, public health, and entertainment and have resulted in innovate and successful project outcomes.
Elizabeth Dunbar – Senior Consultant
Elizabeth Dunbar is a Senior Consultant in Organization Transformation with a special interest in diversity, equity and inclusion. She is passionate about taking action against systemic bias, racism, and unequal treatment in our society and uses her change management and communications experience to support clients in their DEI journey to transform their organizations into more inclusive and equitable working environments. Elizabeth has an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from the University of Denver where she double majored in International Studies (with a concentration in Human Rights) and Interpersonal Communications.
