As an opportunity for undergraduate students, we are excited to announce options to do an internship at True Search
In this 10 weeks Remote internship, summer interns will learn the fundamentals of an executive search process and work closely with business managers, associates, principals, and partners in specific practice areas to:
- Participate in crafting search strategies and identifying qualified candidates to present to the search team
- Gain exposure to the most innovative growth companies and their business leaders
- Assist in knowledge management projects and develop expertise to advise on news and trends.
- Conduct detailed research projects and develop market maps for specific searches
