UGrad Students,
As a follow-up to management consulting engagement opportunities with BCG, they are now accepting applications for GFL Sophomore Internship Program, and we encourage the JumpStart network to apply.
BCG is committed to growing and supporting top talent from groups currently underrepresented in consulting, and our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) program aims to do just that.
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we work closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders—empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.
GFL is a 10-week immersive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Native American/Alaska Native students. Taking place between the sophomore and junior summer, GFL is a great way to experience the excitement and challenges of consulting at one of the world’s top firms.
