Path to Consulting at McKinsey

UGrad Students,

We are glad to announce about McKinsey’s approach to recruiting undergraduate students from now until September.

We seek underclassmen (class of 2024-25) and upperclassmen (Class of 2022 fall and class of 2023 spring). And the sessions are open to STEM and Non-STEM majors.

The plan is for interested students to join a session hosted by JumpStart on August 11th and candidates can apply directly to McKinsey.

When you join McKinsey as an Associate Intern, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development. In this role, you will work on the best teams to help the best organizations in the world – in private, public, and social sectors – solve their most difficult problems.

Please note the three actions needed by you.

1. Register for JumpStart Path to Consulting at McKinsey:

When: Thursday, August 11, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Eastern Time

2. 1-1 w/McKinsey:

McKinsey will execute virtual 1-1s during JumpStart that in many cases could lead to an invitation to interview. To be considered for these 1-1s as a path to full-time or internship interviews w/McKinsey, complete the 2-minute survey. 1-1 selections made by McKinsey will be communicated in late July or early August.

Meet the McKinsey Hispanic & Latino Network: Life of an Intern virtual session on July 18th.

You will get a chance to hear from former interns about their experience, why they ultimately decided to join the firm full-time, and the fulfilling career opportunities they’ve had while with McKinsey. During this virtual event, you’ll learn more about what interning with McKinsey is really like. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions of former summer interns during the Q&A portion of this event.
