Olivia Barnard has helped more than 50 candidates land offers to top consulting firms, primarily McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, through 1-on-1 coaching sessions and small group workshops. She has shared resume and interview preparation advice with over 2,000 candidates and has led workshops at various institutions, including Oxford’s Saïd Business School, London Business School, Emory University, and the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to launching Signature Interview Prep, Olivia graduated from Notre Dame’s business school and then joined McKinsey as a consultant. While at McKinsey, Olivia also supported the firm’s recruiting efforts by serving as a resume screener and interview coach.
