McKinsey is seeking non-campus lateral candidates to join the firm in a consulting role across the U.S.
We are executing a phased approach with McKinsey for candidates to get a baseline understanding and connect with the recruiting staff, followed by engagement with consultant staff, and the opportunity for 1-1s and/or interviews as noted below.
- Monday, April 12th, Day 1 will focus on an overview of McKinsey, Lateral hire recruiting, and specific areas of hiring focus including but not limited to Marketing & Sales, McKinsey Academy, and SHaPE (social, healthcare, public sector).
- Tuesday, April 13th, Day 2 will focus on “A Day in the Life” and “Networking” with consultant staff representing Marketing & Sales, McKinsey Academy, and SHaPE (social, healthcare, public sector) and other areas.
- Following the event, candidates may be selected for 1-1 discussions as a step in the recruiting and potential interview process.
