Evercore is seeking a talented and experienced Diversity Campus Recruiter to lead its diversity recruiting strategy and initiatives for the New York location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a robust effort to identify, attract and recruit top diverse candidates for entry-level Analyst and Associate roles. Diversity Campus Recruiter will work with the Head of Recruitment and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to develop and implement diversity recruiting plans for undergraduate and MBA hiring and support Evercore’s school teams in creating customized diversity recruiting strategies for each campus, including marketing and outreach to relevant student organizations
