- Are you seeking guidance on how to prepare for recruiting that leads to an internship or full time job? In collaboration with our partners, we break down the industry, the nature of the job, what differentiates companies, and provide guidance on how to navigate the recruiting process. This preparation approach supports our network in the interview process that may occur during the traditional on-campus recruiting process or off-cycle.
- Are you seeking an in-person experience to engage, network, and learn about a Career in Finance, Tech, Mgmt Consulting, etc.? Our flagship May and August Forums puts you in direct contact with top employers. Sessions include Meet the Company Overviews, A Day in the Life, Recruiting Overviews, Interview Prep Case Studies, Networking sessions, and interviews.
- Are you interested in participating in Office Visits w/top prospective employers? A limited number of companies offer “invite only” private experiences for undergraduate students. In some cases this includes freshmen and sophomores to get an early start on career options. Our partners communicate opportunities to JumpStart and in some cases leverage our forums as part of the screening or selection process to determine next steps with individual candidates.
