Role Mission

Assist the Brand Manager with the creation of the strategic marketing direction on the Jim Beam Flavors set of brands (Apple, Vanilla, Honey, Red Stag), delivering against key value brand health and volume/sales/profit growth objectives each year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A student pursuing their MBA degree in Brand Management/Marketing
  • Experience working with syndicated retail sales data and developing business performance reviews Strong analytical and project management abilities; experienced in identifying opportunities through analysis and bringing those opportunities to fruition.
  • Leadership ability: can champion a project through the organization and overcome obstacles to reach the end goal
  • Independent thinking: comfortable providing recommendations supported by fact-based rationale
  • Outstanding ability to work with others; team leader and collaborator with high integrity and character.
  • Experience with beverage alcohol industry and/or three-tiered distribution
    system a plus (soft drinks, beer, and other wholesale-distributed product).
