West Monroe Partners will host a Path to Consulting session during JumpStart in August to get you prepared for the recruiting process to pursue potential full-time or internship interviews!
Some students will be selected for 1-1s that may lead to invitations to interview.
These opportunities are for underclassmen (class of 2023-24) and upperclassmen (Class of 2021 fall and class of 2022 spring). And the sessions are open to STEM and Non-STEM majors.
Three details about West Monroe Partners (WMP) are noted below.
A. WMP focuses on 6 Advisory Themes: Analytics & AI, Digital, Customer Experience, Cybersecurity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Operations Excellence.
B. WMP Focuses on 7 Industries: Private Equity, Retail, Software & High Tech, Energy, Financial Services, Consumer, and Health & Life Sciences.
C. WMP has 7 locations across the US: Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.

2. Express Interest and 1-1s:
West Monroe Partners will execute virtual 1-1s during JumpStart that in many cases could lead to an invitation to interview. To be considered for full-time or internship opportunities with West Monroe Partners, complete the 2-minute survey. 1-1 selections made by West Monroe Partners will be communicated in late July or early August.
