McKinsey’s First Year Summer Business Analyst (FYSBA) program provides first-hand experience with consulting at McKinsey & Company to a select group of undergraduate students who identify as Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or part of Indigenous groups in North America.
The program is open to undergraduate students who plan to graduate in winter 2024 or spring 2025 from the following schools:
United States: CUNY, Duke, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Howard, Michigan, MIT, Morehouse, Northwestern, Princeton, Spelman, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas – Austin, or Yale.
Canada: McGill University, University of Toronto, University of Calgary, Queen’s University, Université de Montréal
