ABOUT THE PATH TO MANAGEMENT CONSULTING NETWORK (P2MC)

Applying an approach that resulted in 19 job offers while in business school for the two co-founders, functional business experience and recent insight from experts leading talent initiatives, we created JumpStart.

Over the last 3 years, more than 550 members of the JumpStart network were hired into the management consulting industry. Specific to our existing management consulting diversity forum, almost 100% percentage of attendees were invited to 1:1s w/corporate partners on site at our forum.

Building on receptions specific to management consulting, In 2019, we are expanding our existing Management Consulting Diversity Forum to be inclusive of working professionals who have no prior management consulting experience as well as those who do.

Our partners attend JumpStart diversity forums to engage with our talent pool focused on professional development , expos you to specific industry and functions, feature the company – culture – people, and ensure an understanding of the recruiting process all while getting to know you.
