2012 JumpStart UGrad Financial Services
& Consulting Diversity Forum

August 15 -18, 2012

Philadelphia, PA

Application Deadline: May 13, 2012

The JumpStart Model is simple. Step 1: Bring together firms that are willing to educate, empower, and employ the next generation of future business leaders; in an environment that is safe and non-threatening. Step 2: Attract the brightest minds from the top academic institutions across the country and provide the opportunity to introduce them to careers in financial services and consulting.

We recognize both the world of finance and consulting are extremely challenging career options to pursue and have decided to better prepare undergraduate students just like we've done with MBA students over the years. Since 2004, MBA JumpStart has directly hosted over 800 diversity MBA candidates entering top business schools. As a result of our model, we have helped hundreds of talented candidates receive job offers and launch very successful careers. Leveraging this approach, MBA JumpStart has created a similar experience focused on undergraduate students.

The JumpStart UGrad Diversity Forum is an intensive two and a half day learning experience for select undergraduate students with an interest in careers in finance and consulting. Participants will gain tremendous insights about both industries through workshops, case studies, networking with industry leaders, and learning from their peers.

The 3rd Annual JumpStart UGrad Diversity Forum will take place on August 15th - 18th. If selected, the cost for participation is FREE. Be sure to complete your application today, as demand for participation will be high. Below you will find a list of confirmed sponsors of Diversity Forum and a sample of schools that have had representation at the Forum.
